Applicants who are approved will run and fundraise for The Joseph Middlemiss Big Heart Foundation, Inc. in the 2022 Asics Falmouth Road Race, which will be tentatively set for August 21, 2022 in Falmouth, MA.

Applicants will be notified of the decision by April 15, 2022.
Please click on the link below and fill out the online form and hit submit. Once decisions have been made, each applicant who is chosen will be contacted by a representative of the foundation's board of directors to review and agree upon the fundraising process.
In 2015, Team BIG HEART took the streets of Falmouth for the Falmouth Road Race with 5 team members. This year we are excited and honored to announce that we have been awarded 20 bibs.
The first year the board of directors agreed to allow people very near and dear fill the 5 bibs that we were awarded. For the past several years, we have been looking to make Team BIG HEART bigger and even better. We now have an application process for runners to apply for the opportunity to run for The Joseph Middlemiss Big Heart Foundation, Inc.
